1. Who we are
maybe.trade is operated by Embermotors UG, Bürgermeister-Mahr Straße 32, 63179 Obertshausen, Germany (Registergericht Offenbach am Main, HRB 577178). Contact: embermotors@gmail.com. Full details are in the Impressum.
2. What this site provides
This website provides information about Maybe and a free demonstration. The demo uses a simulated play balance over live public market data. No deposits, no payouts and no real-money trading are offered on this site. Nothing here is investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing constitutes an offer of financial services.
3. The demo
The demo balance has no monetary value, cannot be purchased, transferred or redeemed, and may be reset at any time. Market data shown is provided by third parties without warranty; it may be delayed or unavailable.
4. Bank connections
Where the Maybe app offers connecting a bank account, the connection is read-only, requires your explicit consent, and is provided through a licensed PSD2 account information service provider (Enable Banking Oy, Finland). You can revoke consent at any time in the app or with your bank. Details are in our Datenschutzerklärung.
5. Acceptable use
You may not disrupt the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape at abusive rates, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
6. Liability
The site and demo are provided free of charge and "as is". We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under mandatory law; for slight negligence only in case of breach of essential contractual duties, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. We are not liable for decisions made based on data shown here.
7. Changes and law
We may update these terms as the product evolves; the current version is always published on this page. German law applies. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
